A hybridCore Home is a great way to expedite the construction process, but there are still a lot of necessary steps to take before building can commence. To get to the reward at the end, we will walk alongside you on a journey full of celebrations and challenges. Our team here has the expertise to keep the project moving but also the personal touch to support the building of your dream.
Ensure the Project is the Right Fit
We will do a site analysis, preliminary pricing, and assist with your project prequisites
Finalize Floor Plan and Elevation
Meet with one of our designers to modify a library plan or we can design something custom
Complete Site Specific Engineering
Our office will coordinate the structural engineering, civil engineering, and energy analysis of your home
Select Interior Finishes
Our design team will walk you through all the interior selections for cabinets, countertops, appliances, tile, and paint colors
Submit to State and Local Jurisdiction for Permit
This is a two part submittal process to the approving parties. Each locale has different speeds of processing any where from 2 weeks to 4 months.
Finalize Construction Pricing
Using the permitted approved drawings, our construction team can accurately bid your home for completion
Complete the Site Preparation
The site will be prepared for the modular unit. This will include any grading, tree removal, utility trenching, and pouring the foundation
Build the Core and Deliver to Site
The core will be constructed in the factory, then transported to the site, and craned onto the foundation
Complete the On-site Build
The local contractor will complete the remaining elements including the site framing, roofing, siding, and interior trim.
Each project we take on will have an individualized and custom budget prepared. Every home built is on a unique piece of land and no two jobs will be exactly alike! There are many unknowns that need to be worked through before we can provide a preliminary estimate for your project.
Soft Costs - Calculable
Soft costs are project specific and though not immediately known, can be calculated rather quickly. Architecture, engineering, and permit fees are examples of soft costs.
Vertical Construction - Calculable
Vertical construction is the most predictable portion of the costs. We use current construction pricing to provide estimates to build your home. The most notable variable is your desired finish level of the home.
Site Preparation - Unknown
This is the biggest unknown in construction cost estimating. Every piece of land is unique and requires varying scopes of work before a home can be built. Examples would be tree removal, excavation, driveway paving, and utility installation.
hybridCore Homes is proud to be a better way to build. Each individual project will be able to capitalize on varying degrees of benefits, often beating conventional construction by a long shot.
1/2 the Construction Time
By completing all the complex portions of the home in the factory, a hybridCore cuts the average construction time in half. This greatly assists in weather constrained areas with shortened building seasons.
A hybridCore Home uses the same building brands you know and trust, Frigidaire and Whirlpool appliances, Glidden paint, Kohler plumbing, and Ceasarstone countertops
Efficient Green Building
Factory efficiency means that each piece of lumber, metal, or materials is recycled and reused whenever possible to eliminate waste.
Industry Standard Warranty
The Cores are backed by a one year service warranty for appliances, wiring, and plumbing. A ten year structural warranty backs the bones of the house.

Not at all! Unlike manufactured or mobile homes which are permitted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hybridCore Homes are built entirely to the IBC. The International Building Code is the same governing codes that are used with traditional stick built construction.
